Kristen is Vice President of Strategy at Schneider Electric in the UK and Ireland. She joined Schneider in 2023, bringing experience working in Strategy and Product Development with government, utilities, and digital starts ups on the Energy Transition. She currently leads internal strategy, government affairs, and partnerships for the UK & Ireland with a particular focus on the New Energy Landscape, supporting energy providers and consumers in their journeys towards sustainability, resilience, and efficiency.
Kristin leads the Industrial and Process Automation business across the UK and Ireland. She’s responsible for driving the growth transformation strategy across the business building on our strong product position in the market and accelerating our segment, software and service initiatives.
During her 12 years at Schneider Electric Kristin has held a number of roles across the business. She started in Corporate Strategy working on key enterprise strategies for the group like IoT, Analytics, Software Business Models and Cybersecurity. In 2015 she joined the UK Digital Energy team and has held several operational roles in segment marketing, operational strategy and digital services. She most recently led Digital Buildings for Europe Operations.
Prior to her time at Schneider Electric, she worked in IT Consulting for Cerner Corporation (now Oracle) designing and implementing healthcare information systems in the US, UK and UAE.
Kristin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from The University of Iowa and a MBA with a focus on strategy and energy from HEC Paris. She is a STEM volunteer and is passionate about digital transformation and the use of technology to solve problems.
Kristin leads Schneider Electric’s Customer Operations division for the United Kingdom and Ireland. She plays a vital role in ensuring a phenomenal end to end digital customer experience for all Schneider Electric customers, reporting to Kelly Becker, Zone President UK & Ireland.
She began her career through entering an international talent development program within Schneider Electric, moving to the United Kingdom to take on both channel and offer marketing roles in 2006. A few years later, Kristin returned to the US and took responsibility for the successful business transformation and integration of North American customer care operations, as well as numerous continuous improvement initiatives aimed at delivering an exceptional digital customer experience. Over the past fifteen years, she has held several roles, enabling her to build valuable knowledge and leadership in digital and commercial pricing transformation, as well as a strong customer focus from her roles in commercial marketing for the UK&I distribution channel and transactional businesses. Prior to taking on his current role in October 2021, she was Director of Distribution Strategy & Transformation, Home & Distribution in the UK&I, leading one of the largest commercial pricing transformations for the UK&I zone.
Kristin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Marketing from the University of Georgia. She is currently a member of CBI's Manufacturing Council and serves on the Digital Supply Chain Innovation Hub Industry Advisory Group.
Kelly has spent many years leading Schneider Electric’s business across the globe and is currently responsible for all operations within the UK and Ireland. Most recently, Kelly has also held the role of Schneider Electric Country President, Ireland and Vice-President of the Power Solutions Division in the US.
During her experience, Kelly has led many Schneider functions across the globe with a strong focus on strategy and business execution. During her time in the US, Kelly led strategy and business development for Schneider’s $4B Partner Business with a focus on strategic growth and breakthrough initiatives, market and geographic expansions and internal start-ups.
She has held previous roles with Danaher Corporation and TAC/Schneider Electric selling complex energy management infrastructure projects to K-12 Schools and Universities in Texas, Illinois and New Mexico.
Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in advertising and public relation from Texas Christian University and a master's degree in Business Administration from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
She currently serves on the Corporate Advisory Board for the Darden School of Business, is the Deputy Chair of the French Chamber of Great Britain and an Executive Director of British American Business.

Chris leads Schneider Electric’s business in Ireland. He plays a vital role in directing the next phase of growth and strategy in the country, reporting to Kelly Becker, Zone President UK & Ireland.
He began his career working in engineering and operations roles with field services teams in Siemens and TFC Automation. He joined Schneider Electric as a Business Development Manager in 2003 and was responsible for building automation and security products in the North East region of the US. Over the past seventeen years, he has held several roles, including senior board-level positions at Schneider Electric and is a seasoned business leader, having overseen Schneider’s smart buildings business, covering both the commercial and residential sectors in the US. Prior to taking on his current role in April 2021, he was Vice President of Systems Transformation, Digital Energy in the US.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Management Systems from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and an MBA, Business Administration, Management and Operations from Loyola University Maryland. Chris is a Director of the France Ireland Chamber of Commerce Council and sits on the American Chamber of Commerce Ireland Infrastructure Taskforce.

Vice President Human Resources, UK&I Schneider Electric
Dan Hutchinson is the Vice President of Schneider Electric’s Human Resources for the UK and Ireland Zone. Following careers in management consultancy and retail, he joined Schneider Electric in 2010. During his company tenure he has led HR Services driving digitisation and service excellence internally across a complex European region, and latterly leading the global People Analytics transformation to realise the power of data and insights through visualisation, data science and automation.
In his role as Vice President HR UK&I, Dan is driving the Zone’s people strategy; People First, to support growth of the UK&I Business through two “north stars”; to attract and invest in diverse talent and build critical skills, and together with the Zone’s Leaders to create an engaging, inclusive, and high performing culture.
A qualified leadership coach with a career background across four sectors and three geographies, Dan is a true advocate for diversity and creating inclusive environments that enhance innovation. Dan believes in getting the best for people, supporting them to fulfil potential and attain life experiences within Schneider’s international organisation.
Vice President, Power Systems, Schneider Electric UK and Ireland
David joined Schneider Electric in 2017 as Vice President of the Power Systems business unit across UK & Ireland. Formerly the Managing Director for Business Energy at ENGIE, David brings a wealth of experience in renewable electricity generation, energy management and energy efficiency to the role at Schneider. Prior to this he held senior leadership roles within SSE, EON, Severn Trent Water, AES and RWE Npower.
David is an electrical and electronics engineer and has spent much of his career operating in sales and marketing, business development, customer service and project management roles across manufacturing, retail, service and engineering sectors. Throughout this period, he has led businesses operating within the Residential, SME and Corporate segments.
David is passionate about cutting-edge green technology enabling the shift to a more sustainable and efficient energy landscape, in particular renewable generation, EVs, electric rail and shore-to-ship electric charging. He oversees the product development and roll out of SF6-free technologies for the UK market.

Vice President, Digital Energy, Schneider Electric UK and Ireland
Kas has been with Schneider Electric for over a decade now, taking up the role of Vice President of Digital Energy, UK&I in March of 2020. Prior to joining Schneider he attended the University of Derby, where he received a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology. At the start of his Schneider career, Kas worked in sales, before becoming BEMS Product and Marketing Director. Most recently, he worked for two years as the Midlands Regional Director.
Kas is passionate and committed to transforming and decarbonising buildings, whether new or old, with smart, sustainable solutions across energy generation, power, IoT and building services.
He believes that smart buildings are not only more comfortable and sustainable - but they also help to ensure that the most rigorous safety and health standards are being maintained and improve business performance through unlocking productivity and improving the employee value proposition.

David joined Schneider Electric as VP of Services in 2019. Having previously headed up EMEA customer support and maintenance delivery at Rockwell Automation, David brings a wealth of experience in delivering customer value and improving business performance in industrial settings. Prior to this, David also held positions in the Services departments of ABB Robotics UK and MOTOMAN Robotics.
With over 20 years of Services experience, David believes that cutting-edge technology on its own is not enough to solve the industry’s biggest challenges. It is a combination of data-driven insights, innovative applications, digital services and consultative partnerships that will enable the next level of resilience, agility and sustainability in industry, infrastructure and buildings.
