Power distribution is undergoing a deep transformation. The traditional linear path from plant to plug is giving way to a digitized IoT delivery model, which is more integrated, more connected, and more responsive to real-time events. C&SP and Semicon / EV batteries customers are facing strong challenges, beyond managing capex and lowering opex, to increase speed of deployment, improve customer satisfaction and mitigate risk on execution and Operations. EcoStruxure Power for C&SP has to deliver a consistent value proposition and architecture with innovative IoT systems and optimized integration with EcoStruxure Building.
Your mission is to deliver the C-Level and operational value proposition for ESX Power for C&SP and Semicon / EV batteries segments in close collaboration with Segment President and Segment Marketing leader.
You have as well to build the 3 years roadmap that will drive the enrichment of the value proposition and will be executed by ESX Power Agile project teams.
As the leader of ESX Power segment marketing, you have to represent Schneider Electric in conferences, fairs, external customer events or in front of business analysts for all topics related to ESX Power C&SP and Semicon.
Your role is to drive in collaboration with Division and Segment strategy teams the elaboration of the digital transformation strategy.
- Define and structure the C-Level and operational ESX value proposition for C&SP and Semicon segments including preparing the content for training and marcom assets.
- Support the strategic marketing activities of Divisions and Segments to drive the digital transformation on electrical distribution for our customers
- Support the Agile project execution team as the marketing leader of the ESXP roadmap related to ad-hoc segments
- Drive the business intelligence for ESXP for the ad-hoc segments.
- Integrate in our ESX P value proposition the new acquisition portfolio from Schneider Electric and identified start-ups that could enrich our proposal
Essential: You have a strong experience in marketing. Ideally, you have a good knowledge of C&SP segment and/or Semicon segments and electrical distribution offers associated.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in international environment.
Education: Engineering / Business school or equivalent experience.
Language: Fluent in English. Spanish or Chinese would be a plus
