Job Description

Mission & Responsibility

  1. Contribute to monitor accurately FS Commercial Key Initiatives
    1. Advanced alignment, identify and align financial and non financial strategic ambitions of senior leadership across functions and business units to drive performance and continue to monitor and calibrate actual vs. targets vs rolling forecast
    2. Present findings and substantiate cases to management team in a coherent manner, by assembling and summarizing data, constructing and driving methodical recommendation
    3. Assess regional as well as assigned countries operational and strategic performance with objectives of orders growth and profitability growth
    4. Conduct profitability analysis on new business development initiatives ‘
    5. Assist in QBR Preparation and ad hoc request


  1. Design and enforce Backlog Burnable Planning process worldwide by coordinating between Finance and Operations
    1. To work cross functionally with Finance and Operations team in getting an accurate backlog burnable planning on Monthly basis.
    2. Provide constant and constructive challenge to Zones/ Countries, evaluate gaps with target by current level of backlog and pipeline and recommending corrective measure and action plans to bridge gaps


  1. Contribute on digitalization on Performance Management Tools and exploration on new tools or design tools which can help FSS easier to use during the Sales Execution process in order to have a better visibility on the Sales Process and meeting customer expectation
    1. Drive adoption on well established Sales Excellence tools eg. Account Cockpit, IB genius, unlock the intrinsic value of the digital tools to End to End Sales Process
    2. Support Marketing and Sales Excellence on follow up platforming result into actual Sales visit and Orders


  1. Lead the elephant opportunities tracking on weekly update on the status of the upcoming big deals and early alert on the delay of projects
    1. Set up a process on constant update on key project by working with Patrick and Segment team to have a clear vision on the actual upcoming projects and constant follow up on the projects
    2. Collection of best practices across segments and elephant opportunities in mutualized it in countries/further opportunities


Drive process improvement projects (i.e. operational efficiency improvement initiatives) and deep dive of individual geographic/account/segment/business unit if required


Development opportunities

  1. Exposure in end to end Strategy of Services and operationalize the strategy into day to day business, ranging from strategic planning to marketing & sales execution to Orders.

    1. Bachler’s Degree in Business, Mathematics/Statistics, Engineering or related disciplines
    2. 1 to 3 years of professional experience

    5. Ability to solve complex issues and being hypothesis-driven
    6. An ambitious self-starter to see things through till the end with a ‘get things done’ mindset
