EcoStruxure XR Operator Advisor Service - Full-Service Mode helps maintenance and operation personnel to perform their job properly while maintaining power reliability and electrical safety daily or during unexpected events. Electrical Distribution Systems are increasingly complex to manage as: - Electrification is occurring with a shift away from fossil fuel sources and consumers; - More sensors and data are available in silo, separated from the building information system, whereas Human Machine Interface in the field can lack user friendliness; and - Safety and operational skills gaps are therefore increasing, especially as in-depth electrical / mechanical experts are reaching retirement. EcoStruxure™ XR Operator Advisor will support operators before, during and after operations thanks to Extended Reality technology. Extended reality (XR) is a term referring to all real-and-virtual combined environments. It includes Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR) and Mixed Reality (MR). Combined, they will allow operators to: - Immediately access to the right information needed, where and when they need it; - Be guided step-by-step during operation; - Access a digital 3D model of the electrical installation from anywhere; and consequently; - Save time and avoid errors during walk-throughs, operations and maintenance activities; - Perform remotely training on the 3D model before performing operations and maintenance tasks in front of live equipment; and - Monitor the electrical installation remotely.
