what is the meaning of "Use Manual Setup" Error screen in Power Factor Regulator NRC12 ?

As per page # 20 of the attached Varlogic NRC12 User Manual, the "Use Manual Setup" error message is generated when a non-relevant information result from the auto-setup process. And the solution in this case would be for the user to perform manual setup to confirm or correct the information obtained by auto-setup.
