Issue
If you recently uninstalled an older version of EPE, and try to install a new one you may get this 1603 error.

Resolution

To install a new version it is recommended to verify that everything related to the previous version has been uninstalled correctly.

• Please check that the virtual box(prior EPE2021) and cache have been uninstalled correctly and hotfixes and libraries related to the previous installation.
• Delete residual folders:

  • C:\Program Files\InterSystems

  • C:\Program Files\Oracle

Restart PC, Install EcoStruxure Process Expert(Run as Administrator)
