The Role: Talent Acquisition Partner

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to focus on implementing and delivering hiring and employer branding strategy in their respective entities. This will be achieved through the development of strategic recruiting plans, employing innovative sourcing strategies, while ensuring adherence to applicable local and corporate regulations. The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a critical role in ensuring promotion of the company brand in view of hiring the best possible talent through creations and optimization of different sourcing channels.

What will you do?
  • The Talent Acquisition Partner develops consultative relationship with Hiring Managers to build strong employer branding, in order to find the talent required by business. Responsible for conceptualizing, executing and managing recruitment strategies such as employee referral promotions, recruitment marketing activities, non-traditional advertising and other marketing related projects to support sourcing of applicants to increase talent pool.
  • Collaborates with Hiring Managers to understand the job requirements in order to deliver all hiring requirements. Develops effective hiring strategy through innovative sourcing techniques and tools, market intelligence, and competency based selection, while highlighting Schneider’s Total Rewards for talent attraction. 
  • Nurtures strong pipeline of qualified talent pool, always on the look-out and actively networking leveraging on innovative sourcing tools to get ahead of the curve on hiring.

Who would be successful?

·    8+ years of total work experience, preferably longest and strongest experience in Talent Acquisition
·    Experienced in hiring and building a strong pipeline of various roles and talents, preferably in a manufacturing, shared services, and global supply chain industry
·    Strong & effective stakeholders’ engagement / account management with influencing skills
·    Proven planning & organizational skills with the ability to prioritize & manage well in an environment with competing demands
·    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
·    Proven capability & the ability to deliver results in collaboration with a highly-engaged team in fast changing & a fast-paced environment
·    Creative / Innovative and excellent communications skills
·    Willing to work in Cavite
