The position - and your daily tasks
As UX Designer you will be planning, performing and analysing customer interviews, usability tests, concept validations and more.
In collaboration with our developers you will translate user research and data into concepts, sketches, mock-ups and data visualisations - mostly in XD, Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator.
You will present and share your findings with developers and teams, and you will be one of our UX advocates, spreading awareness and helping developer teams learn about UX processes and methods.

You will be working with the ExoStruxure IT product suite, mainly IT Expert and IT Advisor for monitoring and managing datacenters.
Education and Experience
You have an educational background in design thinking, user centred design, product psychology, engineering psychology, design psychology, interaction design or equivalent.
You have a few years of experience of working with UX in a development environment.
You have a structured, methodical and holistic approach to the design process, and you can express ideas in a visual manner. It’s an advantage if you have some knowledge or understanding of front-end development.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to present clearly, effectively and insightfully.
A good command of English is essential. Danish is a big plus, but not strictly necessary.
We believe you are curious, willing to learn and not afraid to ask questions (about methods, our domain, our customers, or our products). Meeting and talking to customers and stakeholders are comfortable challenges for you, and you are excited about doing interviews.
As you work closely with internal and external colleagues from across Schneider’s global organization, it is essential that you have the intercultural curiosity it takes to build relations across borders, always helping your colleagues the best way you can. You are also showing patience with the process of maturing UX in our teams and products.
