What causes Unity Pro error "ObjectStore internal error. VirtualAlloc failed to allocate any address - Not enough storage is available to process this command (8)"?

When opening different Unity Tools such as the Hardware Catalog Manager or Types Library Update tool they return an error.

Using the Regedit browser, access and modify the following parameter:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\wow6432node\SOFTWARE\Schneider Electric\COMMON\ObjectStoreParam then double click on AddressingSpaceSize
The default value is  0x28000000.
Modify this value to 0x18000000
