"Setup data mismatch" in System Manager Software window with Series 2000 Circuit Monitor fails to sync the device.

A CM2000 is connected through an EGX200 and when you try to move the device from Setup Data Mismatch to selected devices in the System Device Status screen under the Database Status tab and update the database the PowerLogic Setup Utility shuts down. If you try to go into the setup screens for the meter the screen is greyed out. The device gets instantaneous readings in SMS and you can read the registers through SMS on the device. All of the communications parameters appear to be correct.

Check to see if the EGX200 is version 5.0. If this is the case upgrade the firmware on the EGX200 to resolve this issue.
