Connection Schedule completed but Site Connection did not complete message

The message "site connection schedule completed, but site connection did not complete" may appear in the schedule event log.

The connection for the referenced site did NOT end for one of the following reasons:

  • all records were uploaded
  • the maximum time alloted for a site expired
    i.e.: connection terminated prematurely due to end of schedule

There is no one solution. Determine if onboard logs are all uploaded using the diagnotic viewer 
Management console -> Tools -> System -> Diagnostic viewer
If all onboard logs are not uploaded perhaps increase the connection time in the schedule.
Alternatly determine why logs could not be uploaded in the alloted time period. Bad communictions? timeouts?
