What causes the error 1800 when downloading to a Magelis industrial PC or Generic PC Runtime with Vijeo Designer?

Product Line:
iPC, Smart, Compact, Flex Box, Panel PC, Box PC, Generic Standard PC Runtime

Resolution:
Verify the following:
  • The IP address in the project corresponds to the IP address of the PC with Runtime
  • Firewall is turned off
  • Ping IP address of the PC with Runtime
  • PC runtime has launched and running 
Then try to download again.
