The "issue" only occurs with the objects that have Actions. In this case, Web Diagram will treat the object as a hyper-link and change the color for the string to distinguish it with others without Actions, which help the end users to know they could check related details by clicking the objects.
This is an expected behavior in PME 9.0.

*Warning: Take backups of any files prior to modifying them. Ensure the backups are in a location that will not be overwritten (i.e. the Desktop).
A quick fix to resolve the color for all links from numeric/objects will remove the framework color overrides for links WITHIN a WebReach diagram, and should then respect the diagram settings.
Update the WebReach style sheet:
  1. Locate the site.css file within the PME directory using the following paths
    • PME 9.0
      • C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\Power Monitoring Expert\system\WebReach\styles\site.css
    • PME 2020
      • C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\Power Monitoring Expert\Applications\WebReach\Styles\site.css
  2. Open Site.css in a text editor (i.e. Notepad)
  3. Add this text content to the end of the file:
    a:link, a:visited, .fakeLink, .ui-widget-content .fakeLink {
        color: inherit;
        text-decoration: none;
        cursor: pointer;
  4. Save the file.
  5. CTRL-F5 on your browser should show you the fix applied.
