Why do the popup windows in Vijeo Designer open in the wrong location in V6.2 SP9?

Issue:
After upgrading to Vijeo Designer V6.2 SP9, the popup panels and popup keypads open in random places. In Web Gate, the popups open off screen.

Resolution:
In Vijeo Designer 6.2 Service Pack 9, there was an issue that caused the popup panels and popup keypads to be opened in the incorrect position in Runtime and Web Gate. This issue has been resolved in Vijeo Designer 6.2 SP10 and later. Please find the download link for our latest service pack (Vijeo Designer 6.2 SP12) here below:
