Problem Loading Library PME 9.0 Web Applications

When logging into the Web Applications a pop up appears on all tabs:

"Problem Loading Library
The Library cannot be loaded. Try refreshing the browser. If this problem persists contact system administrator."

When attempting to log into SQL instance another error occurs:

"The log for database 'tempdb' is not available."

There is an issue with the availability of SQL tempdb database.

Restarting the SQL Server services associated with the PME SQL instance will resolve this problem. The instance associated with a PME is usually named "ION" but could have any name.
  1. Open the Windows Services and locate the SQL Server (ION) service. Right-click on this service and select "restart"
  2. If prompted to restart other services, click "Yes". This will restart the dependant PME services.
