Issue:
iC60 'N' or 'H' RCBOs with upstream Neutral Disconnection can cause tripping or not?
Product Line:
Acti9
Environment:
Acti9 iC60 RCBO
Resolution:
The iC60N and iC60H 1P RCBOs should not trip if the neutral is switched upstream. The FE (functional earth) is there to improve the level of protection provided by category 1 RCDs. In the event of neutral breaking, the product is supplied by redundancy via the FE (line to FE supply instead of line to neutral), allowing it to continue to perform its protection function.
