The new generation EcoStruxure™ Grid Engineering Advisor is an IEC 61850 System Engineering Tool as recognized by the IEC standard. Its composed of a visual package, created to help users to achieve their tasks in an intuitive manner.
The package is a balance of different dedicated applications including:
- A graphical editor for the solution design and description
- A visual representation of the associated devices and their respective network interconnectivity.
All of that capitalized by a visual method for describing the informational exchange among all peers.
The software platform is hardware agnostic and therefore is manufacturer independent, providing users with standardized file exchanges for information deployment in other tools.
