Features

Assemblies

All assemblies include industry-leading butterfly valve features, stainless steel shafts, nylon 11-coated ductile iron disc machined to provide bubble-tight shut-off, minimum torque, and longer seat life. All 3-way valve configurations are shipped factory-assembled with the appropriate linkage kit.

Control

The high-pressure butterfly valve meets heavy-duty HVAC needs and can be used as a manual isolation valve or motorised by using various actuators. These actuators are ideal for use on valves for chillers, cooling towers, boilers, heat exchangers, and other outdoor applications.

Design

The resilient seated butterfly valves feature a one-piece body with a high strength through stem design utilising an internal disc to stem connection thereby improving strength and serviceability. Precision double "D" disc to stem connection drives the disc without the need for screws or pins.

Easy installation

The actuators are a direct fit not requiring any linkage kits simplifying and reducing installation time. Actuators provide visual position indication on all models and are IP65/NEMA 4 rated, including integrated heaters for outdoor/rooftop use. The manual de-clutchable override handwheel is standard on all S70 actuators providing end-user convenience in installation, commissioning, and service.
