Issue:
Customer has a SAFF code on an ATV630.

Product line:
ATV600 / ATV900.

Environment:
All models, all serial numbers .

Cause:
Drive shows SAFF, needs to clear the fault.

Resolution:

Remove factory jumper from P24, STOA & STOB and reinstall it.



If the code reappears after power cycling, try contacting Drives Technical Support for further troubleshooting.
