The new method simply uses FTP to copy files from your computer to the meter’s FTP server. The FTP server is accessed using the same login credentials as the meter webpages. Detailed instructions for how to upgrade the meter using this new technique are found in PM5560_PM5563_Maintenance_Upgrades_v2.0.1.pdf.IMPORTANT: For MID compliance, the PM5561 meter’s firmware upgrade functionality is permanently disabled. Thus this firmware upgrade applies only to the PM5560 and PM5563.
