• Lean Fundamentals

  This course aims at providing basic level knowledge on the lean concepts, methodology, and tools. It is composed of theory and practical exercises to ensure given knowledge is understood and can be applied in everyday practice. Key theoretical topics focus on the lean concept & methodology, lean flow, problem solving with DMAIC introduction, safety, basics of LADM (Line Architecture Design Methodology) and time breakdown, along with Short Interval Management core principles.
• MTM Basics

  Duration: 2 days

  During this course trainees will learn: to examine the work based on required precision, cycle time and element types, to optimize a process based on value-added content, to establish relevant standard times using the appropriate methodology.
• Supply Chain Basics

  Duration: 2 days
  Language: English
  SC concepts. Lead Time calculation. Stocking Policy definition. Planning process. Scheduling methods. Release methods. Waiting queue management. Load/ Capacity management
• Problem Solving

  Duration: 2 days

  Review on Main CI tools. Essence and type of usage. Practical Exercise with main tools -8D, A3, Ishikawa 5 Why.
• Prioritization and decision making

  Duration: 2 days

  Review time management concepts (idea and role of time management, habits connected to TM, external detractors). Review Prioritization matrixes. Learn how to define decision-making procedures and use objective criteria to evaluate choices and arrive at a solution (values, goals, priorities). Discover specific strategies to aid in action planning and follow-through, as well as approaches that build and sustain momentum for those involved. Review how to cope with time pressure. Review current digital tools from Action plan management.
• VSM

  Duration: 3 days

  The course is composed of two parts: Theoretical (trainees achieve a current state VSM and future one in class) and Practical (trainees achieve a current state and future state VSM on a real process in a Schneider plant).
• Ergonomics

  Duration: 2 days
  Language: English, Bulgarian
  Content: Awareness on ergonomics, Schneider ergonomics directives, Ergonomics assessment model. Method: Presentations, exchanges, workshop –manufacturing line assessment (in a plant), analysis and action plan proposal.
• Change management

  Duration: 2 days
  Language: English, Bulgarian
  What is the nature of change; What is resistance to change (how to spot it and how to address it); Managing change strategies (self and others); Communicating, Influencing, understanding personal transitions, and Steering change. Each element offers practical tools and guidance to ensure change management is firmly embedded into program plans and people adopt and sustain new ways of working.
• Finance acumen

  Duration: 1 day

  Main Financial performance concepts. Stakeholder value. Cash flow, Return on assets, Return on equity, Profitability, Operating costs, Financial statements (balance sheet, profit & loss statement).
• Smart factory

  Duration: 2 days

  Presentation of Smart factory solutions -generally available (purpose, adding value) and currently installed in Plovdiv plant (leaning points). Factory tour + Q&A
• Advanced lean

  Duration: 10 days
  Language: English
  This training is delivered within two separated weeks, providing expert level knowledge on the lean concepts, methodology, and tools. It also presents SPS requirements in the work of lean leaders and experts in manufacturing and logistics environment. Key theoretical topics are value of speed, time trap analysis, lean office deployment, in-depth discussion of Short Interval Management, VSM, push/pull system, SMED, TPM, digitization and the TSC4.0 impact on working environment.
