Issue:
APC Universal Transfer Switch; Fuse Removal and Manual Circuit Bypass.

Cause:
The unit is no longer passing power via one of the UTS electrical circuits.

Resolution:

Safety Precautions: Any work internal to the UTS must be preformed by a licensed electrician. Prior to accessing the Universal Transfer Switch, all power must be secured at the electrical breaker panel, as well as any Generators or UPS which may be attached.

The following video details the process for removal and replacement of the circuit fuses as well as manually bypassing the UTS circuits.
