GFS Channel & Subcontractor Execution Leader
The SEL is responsible for ensuring that the services are delivered comprehensively, on time, to budget and to the required quality standard (within agreed specifications) by External Company called Partner.
The SEL ensures the projects are effectively resourced and manages relationships with a wide range of stakeholders externally. The SEL is also responsible for allocating and utilizing Partner resources in a safe, cybersecure and efficient manner and maintaining a co-operative, motivated and successful team.
Among the goals for the SEL are perfect respect of operation agreement requirements notably for Safety, cybersecurity, Customer Satisfaction, profitability, Business FS opportunities and IB data. This includes setting up an adequate operations organization and process to support Schneider VIP customers. Manage the partnerships taking in account Partner expectations in a Win-Win relationship. The SEL will define proper KPIs to follow-up Partnerships through periodic review meetings.
A difference will be done between Certified Sub-contractor (CSS) and simple Sub-contractor.
He will be help to manage Sub-contractors that could remain in the scope of Coordinators/ planners / Project managers for specific jobs.
Participates with FS OPS Director to define the Country Operation Service Strategy to service customers on Direct route to perform or by delegation to Operation Certified Partners. This has to be reviewed periodically. The strategy is related to the “Make or Buy” FS Playbook card.
- Ensures Safe and Cybersecurity operations with Sub-contractors.
Is responsible for Cybersecurity deployment program within sub contractors and internal FS teams
Ensures a proper walkthrough of Partnerships into the country within the Schneider CS-Subcontractor policy.
Ensures notably that an Operation Service Agreement is signed with each and every CSS according to Schneider Partnership Policy and local rules of law.
Ensures that Ordering and invoicing processes are clearly defined with CSS according to Schneider local strategy.
Ensures that Supply-Chain (products and spare parts) are clearly defined between Schneider and CSS.
Manages accesses to Schneider Information Systems if needed and according to evolutions. Maintains documentation for assigned tasks (ERP/CRM)
Is responsible for the quality and the profitability of the CSS Field Services delivery to customers.
Ensures that the planning and coordination of the interventions are correctly managed by Coordinators with CSS.
Ensures that the Technical Escalation Process is setup between CSS FSRs and Schneider organization.
Ensures that CSS processes are compliant with Schneider I2P (Incident to Prevention), quality processes for any severe customer issue and/or recall/FSB (Field Services Bulletin) coming from BU.
Ensures that operational, maintenance, emergency, cybersecurity and safety procedures are developed and strictly followed between Schneider Coordinators and Partners.
Analyses and reports on CSS field service performance (backlog, margin, utilization rate, execution …)
Ensures that Coordinators follow-up of CSS Daily activities including oversight of field operations to
Ensures efficient and effective implementation of the operational expectation of our customers.
Ensures efficient and regular communications between Schneider Teams (Operation and Sales Services and BUs) and CSS. Tight coordination is required.
Drives the Service KPIs as defined by management to maximize Service goals. Uses the KPIs to identify weaknesses in the Service delivery and takes appropriate actions as needed with Partners.
Participates with Sales in the review of all RFQ and bid specification for required Service.

Participates in sales budgeting and overall initiatives
Works with FS OPS Leader in order to provide resource plan every year to the FS VP to accompany the FS Sales growth, per geography and skills.

Close relationship with Operation and Services Sales to ensure delivery capabilities on significant deals
The successful candidate should have at least masters in engineering degree in applied electricity, electronics / industrial sciences or mechanical systems, Sales and skills in Company contracting with five years’ experience in Field Services and 2 years leadership experience.
Strong and confident management style with solid written and
verbal skills needed.
