Locations for this internship include: Nashville, TN, Carrollton, TX, Raleigh, NC, or Boston, MA.
In this internship, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Schneider Electric HR Team with diversity hiring, inclusive impact projects, data analysis and reporting, projects/process improvements, and company award strategy. This role will provide valuable exposure and experience within HR.

What do you get to do in this position?
- Assist team in employer awards strategy, including project management of Great Place to Work re-certification and calendar plan for other 2021 awards
- Analysis of current and prospective diversity organization partners
- Partner with DEI leader to animate cross-functional HR community collaboration on DEI programs
- Assist team in day to day activities
