What do you get to do in this position? 

 

  • Be first customer point of contact in terms of tech support & warranty issues
  • Provide tech support through chat, phone & mail
  • Initial troubleshooting and support of APC hardware, software & accessories
  • Escalating problems to Technical Support Level 2 
  • Issuing RMA and following up the fulfillment of swap program with a Service Partner.
  • Encourage our customers to use eSupport tools as much as possible, and guide the customer to use self-service knowledge base.

This job might be for you if: 
 
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree preferably in  Engineering or equivalent 
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and explain technical information.
  • Ability to solve customer problems via chat, mail & telephone.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in English communication.
