Issue
When I try to join a webex session, I get a message that the operating System is not supported

Cause
Microsoft does not support WindowsXP, Cisco Webex also stopped supporting Windows XP

Resolution
Upgrade Microsoft Windows XP to at least Windows 7 or connect to a Windows 7 machine on the same network then use Remote Desktop to connect to the Windows XP  machine
To connect to the XP machine from a Windows 7 machine, go to Start All Programs Accessories and select Remote Desktop. Type in the IP address or server name of the XP machine under computer then the username and password.
