Cause
Visitor access is limited to Dashboard Slide Show only. Therefore if no Slide Show has been created, there will be nothing for the Visitor account to view.

Resolution
Log into the Power Monitoring Expert Web using a non-Visitor account and create a Dashboard Slide Show.
