When replacing a unit mounted FA/FH or KA/KH breaker, adapter plate HJKADAPT was used to allow a Powerpact B frame breaker to be used as the replacement. Note that the HJKADAPT kit is NOT intended for use in Square D circuit breaker enclosures or with a remote operator however, HJKADAPT is already obsolete without replacement. Field services need to be contacted if replacement is needed.
