Square D™ Surgelogic™ EML and HWL Surge Protective Devices (SPDs) are designed to provide high-quality surge mitigation for a wide variety of commercial, industrial or institutional indoor applications. The EML is a UL 1449 Type 1 listed device with an internal disconnector. The HWL is a UL 1449 Type 2 listed devices with complimentary UL 1283 listing for EMI/RFI noise attenuation.
