Sr.Engineer Technical

All technical activities of design to develop or maintain offers. Designs Offers from Technical Specifications to meet Customer values expectations and Quality goals with respect to Supply Chains constraints. "Electromechanics/Electrotechnologies activities" include all activities where Electromechanics/Electrotechnologies expertise is needed. It is used in many situations ; requirements, specification, architecture, design, test and anticipation. May provide mentoring, instructions/assistance,helps establish internal procedures and best practices

Creates modifies & validates bills of materials and drawings of parts and sub-assemblies in accordance with technical specifications, customer expectations and supply chain constraints, if needed writing the verification plan and managing its execution.
Participates in the functional analysis of the study and Manages simulation
Applies drawing rules, standards, project specifications, industrialization, internal rules, internal processes.
Proposes and implements improvements through PEP & PMP process (MCO, product, eMCN,Temapo ...).
If needed, manages the execution of verification & validation in laboratories and provides the analysis of results & reports to internal customers.
Masters several specific know-how in electromechanical & electro technical field.
Responsible for assigned complex product design -  drawings and BOMs (bill of materials), leading functionally other designers.
Identify & implement productivity ideas thru QVE and CoS and Support to Localization projects.
To work on all continuous improvement tasks like SPS, VSM, Kaizen, standardization/ late differentiation, JDI, 8D, six sigma, Statistical Analytics, Business Intelligence, Internet of things, Robotic Process Automation, Business Process Management and SE Ecostruxure.
Troubleshooting/product information support to frontoffice (Service and Marketing)
Support to the customer issues are analyzed and clear decision is given with speed
Build surveillance plan along with CE and provide technical analysis to improve product performance
