Test Associate

What is a test associate?

Employee that spends majority of time on shop floor troubleshooting, testing and repairing switchgear to customer order.

Shifts:  2nd shift (Monday-Thursday:  3:15pm - 1:45am) and Weekend Shift (Friday-Sunday:  5am-5:30pm).  Overtime may be required.

Am I qualified?

You are qualified if you have 1-2 years previous electrical maintenance or testing experience.  Experience with switchgear is a plus.  You may be qualified if you have an Associate Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Megatronics, Industrial, or other technical degree.  You must pass a test assessment before interviewing.  If you are a fit for this description, please apply.  An assessment and interview will be scheduled.

Minimum Qualifications:

Sound knowledge and experience in testing switchgear products.  Position requires lifting and holding in place assembly parts weighting up to 22 lbs. repeatedly over work period.  Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, blue prints, material lists, and other source material.  Position requires periodic overtime on a short notice to meet customer service.  Candidate must be highly motivated and self-directed with ability to work in a team environment.  Must possess a good work record.
