RADIUS users not authenticating with AOS 6.4.0

Environment:
Firmware AOS revision 6.4.0
Resolution:
An issue has been reported where the character limit of RADIUS passwords for certain RADIUS servers has been limited to 16 characters in AOS 6.4.0 If there are RADIUS users unable to authenticate with a RADIUS server, ensure that the passwords for this user are 16 characters or less. This has been resolved in AOS 6.4.6
