Cause:
The "
apccert
" SSL certificate file needs to be updated.Resolution:
- Download the apccert file attached to this KBase.
- Stop the PowerChute Business Edition Server service by right-clicking on APC PBE Server service and selecting Stop.
- Copy the updated apccert file into the PowerChute Business Edition Server install directory e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\APC\PowerChute Business Edition\server
- Start the PowerChute Business Edition Server service by right-clicking on APC PBE Server service and selecting Start
- The product update notification will now appear when a product update becomes available.
