What UPS units are officially supported by the Dry Contact I/O Card (AP9613/AP9614)?

Cause

The user is unsure if the AP9613 or AP9614 is supported in their device or their card is not working properly and compatibility is not confirmed.


Resolution

The following UPS lines have been officially tested with the AP9613/AP9614 Dry Contact I/O Card by APC:

• SmartUPS Model Types with the following prefix:
  • SU
  • SUA
  • SURT
  • SURTA
  • SURD
  • SUVT/Galaxy 3500 (Must use Configuration #2 - same as Symmetra)
  • SUM
  • SMT
  • SMX
  • SRC
  • SRT (requires AP9613 v2.1.0 and higher)

• All single phase Symmetra Model Types including:
  • Symmetra
  • Symmetra RM
  • Symmetra LX

• Smart-UPS Ultra Modle Types with the SRTL prefix (AP9614 only), including:
  • SRTL8kRM4UI
  • SRTL10KRM4UI
  • SRTL8KRM4UT
  • SRTL10KRM4UT
  • SRTL8KRM4UJ
  • SRTL10KRM4UJ

• SmartUPS Modular Ultra Model Types with the SRYL prefix (AP9614 only), including:
  
  • SRYL5K15RMXLT
  • SRYL5K20RMXLT
  • SRYL10K15RMXLT
  • SRYL10K20RMXLT
  • SRYL15K15RMXLT
  • SRYL15K20RMXLT
  • SRYL20K20RMXLT

• Certain three phase Symmetra PX Model Types, including:
  • 20kW Symmetra PX All-In-One
  • 40kW Symmetra PX
  • 80kW Symmetra PX
  • 48kW Symmetra PX All-In-One
  • 100kW Symmetra PX
  • 160kW Symmetra PX

Please note: The AP9613/AP9614 is intended to support the above UPS models which consist of both UPS-Link and Micro-link communication types. All other SmartSlot enabled UPS models may work in conjunction with the AP9613/AP9614, however, these models have not been officially tested by APC.
