Field Service Technician – Critical Power ACT

We provide energy and automation digital solutions for efficiency and sustainability. We are currently seeking an experienced Electrician to join our Field Service Team. We provide service, installation and commissioning of Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) systems, to large data centres in the ACT and surrounds.
As part of your role you will be required to participate in a 24/7 rotating roster, with overtime and interstate travel as required. You will be reporting to the Regional Operations Manager and will work within a growing and dynamic team with a great culture. You will be working autonomously within the team to provide exemplary customer service to our clients.
Providing high quality customer service and support you will
Act as a technical service resource for customer site service and warranty unit repair
Perform site evaluations, scheduled and unscheduled visits
Provide site support to customers including installation, modification and repair of Schneider Electric products
Identify and solve customer issues for Power, UPS and associated products
Developing and maintaining an excellent working relationship with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Focusing on compliance relating to safety policies, practices and procedures at all times
Required Skills and Experience
Electrical trade qualifications
Willingness to learn, adapt and create innovative solutions.
Proven experience diagnosing and repairing electronic circuitry
Knowledge and exposure with 415 ac 3 phase and/or 800V dc equipment
Highly developed customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work autonomously or in a team
NV1 clearance required
Please note that Australian Citizenship is an essential requirement as all applicants must be able to obtain NV1 clearance to work on Australian Government sites.
