Schneider Electric Showcases EcoStruxure™ Solutions at Project Lebanon 2018
- Visitors of the exhibition can experience how the company's solutions work in real-life situation

Schneider Electric is taking part in the global three-day gathering, which runs from June 26 to 29, along with hundreds of leading regional and international exhibitors with the aim of offering smart solutions for data-driven IT environments to bolster infrastructure in Lebanon.
The company is showcasing new solutions of its EcoStruxure™ architecture, an open and interoperable energy management system for building, grid, industry, and data center customers. It leverages advancements in IoT, mobility, sensing, cloud, analytics, and cybersecurity to deliver innovation at every level, from connected products and edge control to apps, analytics and services.

“The advanced software launched in Project Lebanon offers an efficient solution to reduce operational costs and achieve optimal energy efficiency and maintenance, while increasing uptime by structuring energy distribution system as well as reinforcing risk management, security and safety procedures for all employees. Schneider Electric has successfully implemented EcoStruxure™ services in more than 450,000 institutions around the world,” he added.
Fouad Zayed, Schneider Electric’s Vice President for Smart Buildings said that EcoStruxure™ solutions will be a major driver of digital transformation in the country.
"We are working to bring about marked change to the ever-evolving world we live in. The EcoStruxure™ platform will be a key enabler of business digital transformation in Lebanon. It offers a highly proven solution capability to the industrial, service and residential sectors, and will help provide sufficient energy for thousands of homes and factories,” he added.
Schneider Electric’s technology is designed to improve business performance, energy efficiency, connectivity and safety on the field. On-ground activation at the company's 84-sqm stand at the exhibition's French pavilion will allow customers to experience its solutions in real-world situations. Visitors can also view some of the recent additions to the company’s product portfolio at the booth.
“Schneider Electric aims to draw customers of specialized engineers from different sectors in Lebanon to develop infrastructure in residential complexes, hotels and hospitals and support it with the EcoStruxure™ platform that transforms data into action through four major operation steps: connect-collect-analyze-take action,” said Hassan El- Ardy, VP for Building and Projects Business, Schneider Electric Egypt and North-East Africa.
Project Lebanon is the 23rd global trade exhibition for construction materials and equipment in Lebanon and the Middle East. It brings together industry leaders from around the world to showcase their latest products and services, build contacts and generate new business opportunities in Lebanon and the region. Attending the event were also Eng. Khaled Kamel, Schneider Electric's Vice President of Energy for North East Africa & Levant and Eng. Mohamed Shaheen, Director of Industry for Egypt & North East.
The exhibition is held at Beirut's Seaside Arena and is offering visitors a great opportunity to gain valuable market insights, explore latest energy, construction and environment products firsthand and network with regional and international decision makers and industry leaders.
