Issue:
UPS sensitivity had be set to medium - reduced or Low and after PowerChute Business Edition Agent is added to PowerChute Business Edition Server the sensitivity defaults to High - Normal.
Product Line:
PowerChute Business Edition (PCBE) Versions 9.2.1 and below.
Environment:
PCBE Agent on all supported OS
Cause:
Adding PCBE Agent to PCBE Server causes the Agent to change to the current Server Power Protection Strategy. The Server Power Protection Strategy default is for UPS sensitivity to be High - Normal.
Solution:
After adding PCBE Agent to the PCBE Server change the sensitivity to the required settings e.g. medium - reduced, low.
