Resolution:
PowerLogic ION Setup is supported only on Microsoft based operating systems. Below is a summary of the operating systems that are supported.
PowerLogic ION Setup v2.2 is fully supported on the Microsoft operating systems below.

• Windows 98
• Windows 2000 and 2000 server
• Windows XP
• Windows 2003 Server

Quick sanity testing indicates PowerLogic ION Setup 2.2 functions on Windows Vista and Windows 2008 Server operating systems.
They are not officially supported however PowerLogic ION Setup should work as long as the application is installed and run with a user that has administrator access(can access the registry).
No official testing at this time has been done nor scheduled for version 2.2 on these operating system.
