Issue:
Wondering why does frame size 6 ATV630 or ATV930 Process Drive not have mounting holes for a flange mount kit
Product Line:
ATV600 and ATV900 series drives.
Environment:
Frame size 6 drives without flange kit mounting holes.
Cause:
Re-design of drive.
Resolution:
When the ATV600 and 900 series drives were released, there were no flange kit available for frame size 6 drives, so the drive were not drilled and tapped to mount the kit. The drives have been re-designed recently to have mounting holes pre-drilled and tapped to attach a flange mounting kit. Currently, (June 2021) there is not factory flange kit available for frame size 6, but pre-drilled and tapped holes are included on the drive so that a custom made flange kit can be attached to the drive. Currently there is no confirmed plans to produce a factory flange kit for this frame size drive but this may change in the future.
