Issue:
When setting the password for PowerChute Network Shutdown version 4.4 or 4.4.1, the web UI reports "This field contains unsupported characters." or "Unsupported character set." when the password contains an arrow < > character.

Misinterpretation of the characters < >
Solution:
Set the password with characters other than an arrow. If the < > characters are required, follow the instructions in FAQ FA159758 to reset the password using the pcnsconfig.ini file.
