Does a document exist for Lexium 32 which lists the Condition of Acceptability ?

No,  the Conditions of Acceptability are used in UL recognized components.
These are the requirements for the end user and the restrictions during the certification process.
A safe use of a servomotor is only possible according the conditions of acceptability.

Because of this servomotors are "UL recognized components" for which Conditions of Acceptability are created. The conditions are marked in the report.

In comparison, a servo drive is UL listed (UL category NMMS) because a drive is designed that a complete UL certification is possible.

Therefore Conditions of Acceptability exist for servo motors which are UL recognized devices, but Conditions of Acceptability do not exist for Servo drives because these are UL listed devices
