What is the part number for the replacement connector (2 positions) of the TSXASY800 card?

We need to order a replacement connector for the 2 positions green connector of the TSXASY800 premium card.

The connector on the TSXASY800 is not sold separate, we do not have a part number for it. However the customer can obtain the connector through Phoenix Contact. The manufacturer part number is 1757019. The part number alias is MSTB_2,5.
