I forgot the login and password to my EcoStruxure Augmented Operator Advisor Manager. Is it possible to reset the login information?

If you have forgotten your EcoStruxure Augmented Operator Advisor Manager login / password, Technical Support is able to help reset your credentials if you send us the Security.db file found under:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\EcoStruxure Augmented Operator Advisor\WSF
