The following article describes the steps necessary to configure a DNP3 Generic Direct Outstation over TCP in ClearSCADA as follows:

1- Create a DNP3 Direct Channel- right-click where you want to create the channel select DNP3 and select Direct Channel.

2- Configure the Direct Channel as follows:

3- Create a DNP3 Direct Outstation Set- right-click where you want to create the Direct Outstation Set select DNP3 and select Direct Outstation Set.

4- You can configure the Direct Outstation Set as below:

5- Create a DNP3 Generic Direct Outstation- right-click where you want to create the outstation select DNP3, select Generic, and select Direct Outstation

6- Configure the Outstation as follows:
