       Build and implement annual Strategy-to-action Plan to support OIZ Segment growth in a comprehensive value proposal for the customers.

360-degree governance of segment

Detect, define and develop the Solution business opportunities.

Drive multi-country pipeline coordination and strategy definition on large complex deals.

Construct, deploy and animate global agreements, if required, utilizing Multi Country Commercial Agreement process.

Deliver customer satisfaction through timely resolution of major customer quality issues.

Establish annual revenue targets, develop EU account plan and executes the sales plan.

Manage projects with Back Office teams, SE actors, and partners to ensure the best offer for Schneider and its customers.

Prepare and present our opportunities and corresponding actions at the local & regional solution committees (SOC and R-SOC).

Fosters collaboration between cross sales teams to grow Schneider Electric Sales/Revenue.



The successful candidate should have 3 years equivalent work. (Segment management)

Deep knowledge OIZ segment ( organized industrial zone) preferable and also knowledge of electrical distribution.

Deep understanding of account management, experience in consultative selling, understanding of segment ecosystem, dealing with both local & international customers.

Knowledge of international project management.

Strong and confident management style with solid written and verbal skills needed.

Ability to build a sustainable and reliable relationship with the customer and int & external stake holders.

University Master Degree (Electrical Engineering and/or Business) or equivalent.      

English fluency is a must                                                                                                         

Another language will be valuable   

Strong communication & coordination skills to manage different stakeholders within multi-cultural, multi sites and/or matrix organization.                              

Team player/builder to put in place collaborative climate to leverage diversity and improve changes.

Strong leadership skills (effective communication, collaboration, …)                            

Strong capabilities to negotiate influence and convince in a matrix environment.
