SYBT5 and SYBT5FR are both the recommended battery modules for Symmetra LX. In dimensions, electrical characteristics, chemical characteristics or runtime there is not any difference. The only difference is that the SYBT5FR is specially built with a plastic retardant in case of fire. Because they have the same electrical and runtime characteristics, the SYBT5 and SYBT5FR can be installed in the same UPS.
