Issue:
The dbg directory is not included in Smart-UPS (SU) firmware.

Solution:
Follow the steps below to download the contents of the dbg directory.
1. List the contents of the dbg directory from the console (using serial access, SSH, or Telnet):
apc> dir C:\dbg\*
2. Download the contents of the dbg directory:
ftp> get C:\dbg\debug.txt
ftp> get C:\dbg\dump.txt
NOTE: The above example using FTP to download the missing files. FTP is disabled by default, and must be enabled before attempting to download the files.
