This document describes the function blocks (DFBs) that are the constituents of the Control services that are referenced in the Low Voltage Power Control (LVPC) templates of the LVPC Library for PES (Process Expert System) to provide the Control services. For a list of the LVPC control module templates and the services that they provide, refer to the user guides mentioned in this document. This document is not intended to cover any development procedures and internal functionality details of the PES software. Users of the Control services must have very good knowledge in the employment of Control.

This document describes the tags, genies and faceplates and other Supervision components that are the Supervision resources of the Low Voltage Power Control (LVPC) templates, providing the Supervision services. For a list of the LVPC control module templates, refer to the user guides mentioned in this document. This document only covers the functional aspects of Supervision services when engineering a system, using Process Expert, and describes the dynamic objects visible from the runtime. It does not cover any operational aspects, nor does it provide information on how to use Supervision services to monitor and control systems. Users of the Supervision services need to have good knowledge of Process Expert, and of the Supervision and Control systems.

For a more detailed description of their associated Control and Supervision services and configuration parameters, refer to the user guides mentioned in this document. To use LVPC Library templates, you need to have knowledge of Process Expert, and of the Control and Supervision Participants.
