Resolution:
Possible reasons of the A320 error are:
1. Higher amount of friction in application that is on this motor - check the mechanical if there is some blockage, check bearing.
2. Gearbox attached on the motor has higher friction because it lost lubrication
3. Motors bearings are damaged - wear out.
4. Tuning of the drive to an application has not been done.
5. Any change of inertia in the system (higher).
If simply powering the motor without even sending any run command to it shows error A320, then motor has to be repaired or replaced.
