I need help, how do I contact the Customer Support?

If you encountered a problem in the new Schneider Electric personalized experience and you did not find the solution in the FAQ, please contact your Customer Support. You can contact them via the "Need help? " blue support sticky bar and then by clicking on "Contact Support".  

Additional ways to contact Customer Support are:
  • Depending on your country, online Chat is available during working hours (8am –8pm) - hours may vary by countries.

 
  • Submit a web form when Chat is not available
